Palmetto Fitness Center was born in December of 2008. The 12000 sq-ft facility is conveniently located in North Charleston right off I-26, next to the Carolina Ice Palace, with plentiful parking. Our experienced staff are all extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. The Spine Center's chiropractic and massage services are also available to Fitness Center members.

Our mission is to provide a supportive and enjoyable fitness environment where our members can change their lives. To stay competitive, we pride ourselves on positive member experiences. To that end, we offer month-to-month memberships at affordable rates and a number of payment options. We provide our members with the friendliest staff, the most knowledgeable trainers and the most innovative aerobics programs.
